WELL DEVELOPED objectives
In creating and aligning objectives to Common Core Standards or to Texas Essential Skills and Knowledge (TEKS), it is important to ensure that there is clarity for both students and teachers. It is also important to analyze standards/skills and design objectives that will encompass all the main and important content that students are required to explore; this is done through unpacking standards. In developing your objectives, the three guiding questions below can be used to provide clarity:
What enduring knowledge do I want students to learn?
What real-world connections do I want to expose students to that will be a hook and invoke curiosity?
How will students represent their knowledge?

I created the above objectives for a Math interview panel, and will be sharing others soon.
