District Related Position
I was the only teacher selected from among 126 teachers at my high school to serve as one out of 50 Demonstration Teachers in the district. I served in this role from November 2015 until June 2017, when I resigned to pursue my dream of being an Instructional Coach. As a Demo teacher, every year, I was required to record 4 lessons depicting elements of Marzano's Framework and use MovieMaker to create a video which I then embedded into a PowerPoint Mix. These videos were uploaded to the district's website for teachers, leaders and other district personnel to view and gain instructional strategies relating to Marzano's Framework.
