To utilize my experience to guide and support teachers in increasing their effectiveness in becoming even more powerful leaders in the classroom by providing students with profound and enduring learning experiences which will allow them to attain both academic and personal growth, in order to become lifelong learners and productive citizens! |
COACHING OBJECTIVES
*To build relationships with teachers and create a culture of support, understanding and unity
*To learn with and from teachers while leading positive change in instructional practices
* To collaborate, co-teach, provide feedback, share and use data, have meetings and whatever else it takes to support teachers to increase their effectiveness
*To utilize my experience to guide and support teachers in executing lessons with varying and rigorous tasks, differentiated structure, higher level thinking and real world applications
*To help teachers implement state and nation-wide standards and skills
*To use my knowledge in interpreting data and data tracking to help teachers monitor students growth and adjust instruction
*To enhance teacher effectiveness and accelerate the learning curve for teachers
*To help new teachers with any “rough spots” within the first years of teaching
*To assist teachers with vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment
